2002: IRPF and Terra Institute entered into an agreement; IRPF to provide real estate association expertise to Georgia through the Land Market Development Project (LMDP). IRPF supports and facilitates coursed to two fledging associations, Georgia Real Estate Association (GREA) and Georgia Federation for Professional Appraisers and Valuers (GFPAV) IRPF reviewed their codes of ethics and association by-laws. IRPF conducted training in real estate brokerage and appraisal, helping to develop an effective code of ethics enforcement mechanism and adding value-added programs to the association. IRPF held a Valuer International Standards Workshop and certification program.
2003: IRPF led the associations in mastering the eight core competencies and assisted the associations in establishing contacts with like-minded organizations in the region and worldwide.
2004: Training provided through World Learning for Georgia Real Estate Association 2005: GREA Code of Ethics created with enforcement policy
2006: Associations assessment
2007: Professional Association Management Group (PAMG) created to provide contractual management services to GREA, GFPAV, and other real-estate organizations. Drafting of PAMG Charter
2008: Brokerage Office Management and Sales Training provided Basic Appraisal Training provided in partnership with the Association for Protection of Landowners' Rights
2009:Seminar on Doing Business during Economic Crisis conducted. Data Aggregation Project analyzes Georgian market
2011: Training on Appraisal Practice conducted
Present: Associations continue to provide services without the financial assistance of IRPF
