2004: Initial Assessment from IRPF -Report found the industry struggling to increase profitability and gain market share, illegal practices of brokers and attorneys hurting the market and no Code of Ethics or Standard of Professional Conduct

2006: Reassessment from IRPF in association development, licensing or certification, and the legal environment. IRPF establishes the need for an Association Management entity

2007: Code of Ethics adopted by BREA (Bosnia Real Estate Association)  Protocol Signing with the Association Management entity 

2008: Business Plan submitted by the Professional Association Management Group of Bosnia and EVP hired Basic Appraisal Training course conducted

2009: Advanced Skills for Brokers course conducted

2010-Present: IRPF continues to act as an advisor to the UPN, Association continues to provide services without the financial assistance of IRPF
